Responsibilities include:

• Building a capable and motivated research team

• Leading research on subjects pertaining to the Sikh diaspora in Hong Kong

• You will be responsible for delegating work and following up with your team members

• Supervise the planning of surveys, as well as execute, analyse and publish data and findings.

• Liaise with the Pargaas board on new research topics and the direction of the Research team.

• Excellent leadership skills

• Excellent organisational skills

• Past research experience (we would like someone with a fundamental to intermediate understanding of data collection and analytics)

• Can agree to at least a 1-year commitment (weekly commitment required is 10 hours / week)
